Yes, all teaching roles at Richmond Online School are fully remote. Our teachers deliver live lessons from home, and our team collaborates online. You can work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
We look for a recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE/QTS or international equivalent) with strong subject knowledge at IGCSE and/or A-Level. Proven success in online or classroom teaching with excellent exam outcomes is preferred.
You will deliver engaging live lessons online following our schemes of work, set, mark, and moderate assignments and mock exams, track progress with timely feedback to students and parents, and contribute to curriculum planning and department resources.
You should be confident with EdTech tools (Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, LMS/VLEs, video platforms), have clear and warm communication, and a reliable professional setup — quiet space, stable high-speed internet, HD webcam, and headset.
